The ground rules
Terms
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Use Groovin' Grind in good faith, list real rides, and understand that cycling carries risk. That's the gist — the rest is detail.
Using the site
Groovin' Grind is a free calendar and community resource. You may browse, share, and add your bike's worth of events as long as you do it honestly and don't try to break, scrape abusively, or misuse the service.
Submitting events
- Only submit events you have the right to list, with accurate details.
- We review submissions and may edit, decline, or remove a listing — for example if it's spam, misleading, unsafe, or not actually a ride.
- You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us permission to display and distribute it on Groovin' Grind and its feeds.
Ride at your own risk
We list events; we don't organize, inspect, or vouch for them. Always confirm the details with the organizer, follow local laws, wear a helmet, and use your judgment. Participation in any ride is at your own risk, and Groovin' Grind isn't liable for what happens on the road or trail.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep listings correct, but plans change and mistakes happen. We can't guarantee every detail. Spot something wrong? Tell us and we'll fix it.
Changes
As the project grows, these terms will evolve. We'll update the date above when they change. Continuing to use the site means you're good with the current version.
This is a plain-language summary intended to be readable, not a substitute for formal legal terms, which may be added before launch.
